Welcome to the McInkats cattery website. We invite you to look at our photos of current breeding females and males, our past award winners and candid photos of our cats and kittens. We have been breeding Maine Coons since 1977 and Orientals and Siamese since 1998. All of our kittens are raised in our master bedroom and handled frequently with love to ensure that, whether they are destined for the show ring or to be treasured family pets, they will be loving and confident.

Our cats share portions of their living space with "Mandy" the greyhound, "Reba" the Vizsla, "Wyatt" the Bloodhound and "Pepsi" the African gray parrot.

Steve is the Network Manager for the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea. He helps out as master of ceremonies for the Mid-Pacific regional banquets, occasional TICA annual banquets and if available, a cat show announcer.

Karen is an Approved TICA Allbreed judge, ring instructor and trainee coordinator for the future TICA judges. She has judged anywhere from 25 to 35 shows a year since being licensed in 1984, including over 50 overseas assignments taking her to 13 countries on 5 continents.

All of our cats and litters are registered in TICA and CFA. We are also MCBFA members.
